Glow Snap 360 Photo Booth Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Glow Snap 360’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a signed or acknowledged contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due 24 hours prior to the event date. Payment methods accepted include E-Transfer or Cash. Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Event Setup and Cancellation

Glow Snap 360 will provide professional setup and teardown of the photo booth at the agreed-upon location. Any changes to the event date or time must be communicated in writing 7 days prior to the original event date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

4. Liability

Glow Snap 360 is not responsible for any damages or injuries arising from the use of the photo booth, unless caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests and the event venue.

5. Property Damage

Clients are responsible for any damage to the photo booth or its accessories during the rental period. Any damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

All images and videos captured by the photo booth remain the property of Glow Snap 360, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may use the images for personal use, but commercial use requires written permission.
